SuJu Happy !!

Super Junior-Happy (Korean: 슈퍼주니어-해피), sometimes referred to as SJ-Happy or Suju-Happy (Korean: 슈주-해피), is the fourth official sub-unit of Korean boy band Super Junior. Super Junior-Happy contains six Super Junior members, Leeteuk (the leader), Yesung, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, and Eunhyuk.

By 2008, all of the Super Junior members have already been a member of at least one subgroup except Kibum. Super Junior-Happy consists of every previous member from Super Junior-T except Heechul, who is replaced by Yesung. Super Junior-Happy made an unofficial debut performance on May 3, 2008 at the Power Concert although they had not formally introduced themselves as the subgroup at the time.

On May 30, 2008, SM Entertainment released the official announcement of the subgroup through Newsen. The subgroup's first EP, Cooking? Cooking!, was released on June 5, 2008. The music video of their first single, "Cooking? Cooking!" was released on that same day.[1]

Super Junior-Happy debuted on June 7, 2008, performing their first single, "Cooking? Cooking!" at the 2008 Dream Concert. On the day before their debut, the subgroup held their first sign fan meeting to celebrate the success of the sales of Cooking? Cooking! On the morning of June 6, over thousands of fans lined up for tickets to the fan meet, overcrowding the streets. [2] Close to 10,000 copies were sold by the first week of release. According to the Music Industry Association of Korea, the EP sold 27,122 by the end of August and was ranked fifth in the monthly charts.[3]

Super Junior-Happy performed their second single, "Pajama Party" on August 3, 2008 on SBS's Popular Songs. The music video was released on August 4, 2008. "Pajama Party" promotions only lasted a month, and promotions for the EP officially ended on September 7, 2008.
Super Junior-Happy's music style involves the common style of contemporary dance music and bubblegum pop, mainly targeting the music industry with their fun and entertaining style. Super Junior-Happy's debut single, "Cooking? Cooking!" is a dance track with refreshing rhythm and quirky lyrics. Their goal is to give fans feelings of bliss and happiness with their music.

SuJu-T (Super Junior-Trot)

Super Junior-Trot (Korean: 슈퍼주니어-트로트), officially known as Super Junior-T (Korean: 슈퍼주니어-티) is the second official sub-unit of Korean boy band Super Junior. They are the first idol group known for capitalizing trot music, the oldest form of Korean pop music. Super Junior-T contains six Super Junior members, Leeteuk (the leader), Heechul, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, and Eunhyuk.

Super Junior-T has released only one single in the short span of their career before they were announced to be on hiatus in 2008. The single "Rokuko" was Korea's sixteenth best-selling record and the number one best-selling single of 2007, according to the Music Industry Association of Korea.[1] In November 2008, the subgroup returned with a debut in the Japanese music industry, releasing the Japanese version of "Rokuko."

Pre-debut

Noticing the dying trend of trot music, Lee Soo Man decided to revive the style by producing an idol band that capitalizes this genre. Three months before Super Junior-T's official debut, they performed "Don't Go Away" at the M.NET/KM Music Festival on November 25, 2006 with Super Junior's Donghae.
2007: Commercial success

In early February, SM Entertainment made the official announcement of a second Super Junior subgroup, Super Junior-T. The group released their debut single "Rokuko" on February 23, 2007 and on February 25, 2007, they officially debuted on SBS's Popular Songs, performing "Rokuko" and "First Express" with famous trot singer Bang Shilyi. The debut was also marked as Heechul's comeback performance after his injury from a car accident that occurred in August 2006.

"Rokuko" topped music charts three days after release.[2] Two months later, the single topped Thailand-based music stations and remained in the same position for several weeks.[3] By the end of 2007, the single sold almost 46,000 copies and was Korea's best-selling single of the year.

Two months later, Leeteuk, Shindong, and Eunhyuk were injured in a car accident, and all of Super Junior-T's schedules were completely canceled for two months.[4] However, pre-recorded performances, such as the group's parody Palace T, continued to air on television and their single continued to top music charts.[5] Schedules resumed in June, but only lasted a month.
2008: Performance tours and Japan

On April 29, 2008, it was announced that Super Junior-T would make a comeback later in the year with their second single.[6] However, a fourth Super Junior sub-unit, Super Junior-Happy, debuted instead, putting Super Junior-T in partial hiatus. Nonetheless, Super Junior-T remained partially active throughout the year as they still appear as a group in Super Junior's concert tour, Super Show and other similar functions. Despite the debut of Super Junior-Happy, a future full-length album is still in the works and is expected to arrive in the future.[7] Super Junior-T's latest appearance before the debut of Super Junior-Happy was on May 17, 2008, performing as the opening act at the 6th Korean Music Festival in Los Angeles, California.

On November 5, 2008, Super Junior-T re-released "Rokuko", now titled "ROCK&GO," in Japan. Presenting this project to the Japanese comedy duo Moeyan, who are skilled in combining comedy with song and dance, Super Junior-T hopes that the duo will help them localize the single into Japanese. The collaboration was the duo's official debut as singers and Super Junior-T's entrance in the Japanese market.[8] The single debuted at #19 on the Oricon Daily Charts[9] and jumped to #2 three days later.[10] Super Junior-T and Moeyan held two mini concerts on the same release date as the single in the C.C. Lemon Hall at Tokyo to promote the record.
Musical goals

Super Junior-T's music style is a distinctive style of trot, an old-fashioned style of Korean pop music. Their revised style of the genre includes modernized K-pop melodies and also fast rap, notably performed by Shindong, Eunhyuk, and sometimes Heechul. Super Junior-T's goal is to evade the fading genre in Korea's current music industry and to introduce the young audience to a traditional style of music, hoping to increase awareness of older trot musicians and bring hopeful comebacks of trot to mainstream music. Emergence of Super Junior-T is also due to a strategy that Super Junior has been using, which is to show that they can accommodate many different musical genres.[7

Super Junior-T is well-known for their parodies, such as the short miniseries Palace T, a parody of the popular Korean drama, Princess Hours which aired on the channel M.NET, as a part of Idol World.[5]

Due to Super Junior-T's active participance in trot music and their comedic appearances, the group gained outstanding attention from the older audience despite their well-known young idol images that was created for them in the main group Super Junior.[11] Members of Super Junior-T explained that they wanted to change their idol appearance[11] and hope that they would gain different fans from their new trot image.

Super Junior saat ini tengah merayakan ulang tahunnya yang KE-5. Pertama kali debut dalam acara SBS Inkigayo, 6 November 2005 silam. selama lima tahun grup ini telah mengalami banyak hal baik sedih maupun senang bersama.

Kesuksesan album mereka mulai dari TWINS hingga BONAMANA merupakan kesuksesan besar yang memerlukan kerja keras yang luar biasa.


Namun tentu tidak selamanya perjalanan mereka diwarnai dengan kebahagiaan, saat ini Super Junior Kibum dan Hang Geng memilih jalan berbeda dan tidak bisa bersama-sama untuk meraih kesuksesan dengan anggota yang lainnya.


Selain itu ada fakta unik mengenai boy band yang beranggotakan 13 orang ini. Super Junior menjadi pioner untuk sistem unit dalam sebuah grup. Mereka memecah 13 anggota yang besar ke dalam unit-unit tertentu sesuai keahlian mereka.


Dengan vokal yang sempurna, Kyuhyun, Ryewook dan Yesung membentuk Super Junior KRY. Super Junior T adalah sub grup dari Super Junior yang menyanyikan lagu-lagu trot. Super Junior M berhasil menorehkan tinta emas di negara China, sementara itu Super Junior Happy mentranformasi diri mereka menjadi performer yang kreatif dan selalu berbeda di setiap penampilan panggung mereka.

Park Jung-soo (lahir 1 Juli 1983; umur 27 tahun), lebih dikenal dengan nama panggung Leeteuk, adalah aktor, penyanyi dan presenter asal Korea Selatan. Ia adalah leader boy band Super Junior. Nama panggungnya memiliki arti "special".

Pada awal tahun 2000, Park Jung-su adalah bakat scouted oleh agen di Myeongdong.[rujukan?] Dia diminta untuk audisi untuk Starlight Casting System 2000, yang segera masuk dia ke SM Entertainment tahun yang sama. Taman membuat sebuah penampilan cameo yang sangat singkat di Korea MBC drama All About Eve pada tahun 2000 dan juga model untuk Pepsi. Ia kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam lima-anggota boy band bersama dengan masa depan Super Junior bandmate, Donghae oleh agen bakatnya sebelum ide ini dijatuhkan. Beberapa nama untuk kelompok ini baik-baik saja, Pricor dan Senyuman. Setelah ia dimasukkan ke dalam Super Junior, Park menginginkan nama panggung yang mirip dengan Kangta dan dengan demikian memilih nama Leeteuk. Teuk, yang berarti "istimewa."

Pada tanggal 6 November 2005, Leeteuk sebagai bagian dari Super Junior resmi memulai debutnya di SBS's Popular Songs melakukan kelompok single pertama "TWINS (Knock Out)." Menjadi yang tertua dari kelompok, Leeteuk dipilih untuk menjadi pemimpin Super Junior, memimpin dan membimbing kelompok dalam wawancara media dan jadwal. Sejak debut Super Junior, telah Leeteuk MC teratur untuk M. NET 's F! Countdown bersama dengan anggota Super Junior Kang-In dan Shindong. Mulai Desember 2007, Leeteuk menjadi tuan rumah acara sendiri, Leeteuk's Love Fighter, berbagai pertunjukan Leeteuk membantu memecahkan pasangan bermasalah 'masalah. Pada awal 2007, SM Entertainment Leeteuk ditempatkan dalam enam baru-sepotong subkelompok Super Junior, Super Junior-T. Berbeda dari Super Junior style musik urban seperti biasa, kelompok bernyanyi spesialisasi dalam versi modern berlari, gaya lama musik pop Korea. Pada 25 Februari 2007, Super Junior-T memulai debutnya pada Lagu-lagu Populer dengan judul lagu mereka, "Rokkugo !!!". Super Junior-T merilis single pertama mereka," Rokkugo!!! " pada 23 Februari 2007, akhirnya menjual 45.998 unit pada akhir tahun, keenam belas digolongkan sebagai album terlaris tahun ini.

SuJu !!!

Super Junior (Korea: 슈퍼주니어), atau lebih dikenal dengan SJ atau SuJu (Korea: 슈주), merupakan sebuah grup musik R&B yang berasal dari Seoul, Korea Selatan. Anggotanya berjumlah 13 orang yaitu Leeteuk, Heechul, Han Geng, Yesung, Kang-In, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kibum, dan Kyuhyun. Album perdananya ialah SuperJunior05 (TWINS), dirilis pada tahun 2005.

Sejak akhir 1990-an, agen bakat Korea dan label rekaman SM Entertainment telah mengadakan audisi tahunan untuk menemukan bakat-bakat baru yang melengkapi keberhasilan kelompok pop H.O.T, S.E.S, dan Shinhwa, yang semuanya diciptakan oleh pendiri SM, Soo-Man Lee, di pertengahan 1990-an. Leeteuk dan Eunhyuk adalah dua anggota pertama kelompok untuk direkrut pada tahun 2000 di bawah SM's Starlight Casting System di Seoul.

Pada tahun 2001, perusahaan pertama mereka di luar negeri mengadakan casting audisi dan menemukan Han Geng di Beijing, terpilih di antara tiga ribu pelamar.[1] Pada tahun yang sama, Yesung ditemukan pada Seoul's casting system bersama temanya, Heechul, Sungmin dan Donghae juga dipilih untuk menjadi trainee setelah penampilan mereka dalam sebuah kontes yang disponsori SM. Pada tahun 2002, Kang-In dan Kim Heechul direkrut bersama dengan Kibum, yang ditemukan di Los Angeles. Siwon di-casting pada tahun 2003 dan Ryeowook pada tahun 2004, di mana yang terakhir ini ditemukan melalui Chinchin Youth Festival.[2] Pada tahun 2005, Shindong dipilih.

Tidak lama setelah boy band TVXQ debut pada tahun 2003, berita tentang rencana Lee yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya yaitu membentuk boy band lain dengan cepat menyebar di Internet. Pada awal 2005, Lee mengkonfirmasi berita dan mengumumkan bahwa boy band yang terdiri dari dua belas anggota akan melakukan debut di dekat akhir tahun, mempromosikan kelompok bernyanyi ini untuk menjadi "The Gateway of Stardom Asia."[3] Lee mengumumkan bahwa bahwa sebagian besar anggota dalam kelompok ini dipilih karena mereka telah berpengalaman tampil sebagai aktor, MC, model, dan host radio sebelum debut. Heechul dan Kibum telah berprofesi sebagai penghibur, dan sebagian besar anggota lain sudah membuat berbagai macam penampilan di televisi dan media.[4][5][6] yang sangat terinspirasi oleh konsep rotasi gadis Jepang grup Morning Musume, kelompok ini juga akan mengalami perubahan line-up, dengan anggota-anggota baru menggantikan beberapa anggota lama yang dipilih setiap tahun untuk menjaga grup ini tetap muda dan memiliki berbagai talenta. Konsep ini kemudian baru diperkenalkan ke pasar K-pop.

Untuk sementara kelompok itu dikabarkan akan bernama O.V.E.R, singkatan dari "Obey the Voice for Each Rhythm" (Patuhilah Suara untuk Tiap Irama).[7] Namun, sebelum nama ini diputuskan, SM hanya menyebut mereka sebagai Junior, yang berasal dari para anggota yang masih berusia muda ketika pertama kali menjadi SM trainee.[7] After the members' showcased their different talents to the company at a picnic, the company finalized their concept name to Super Junior. The group thereafter became officially Super Junior 05, the first generation of Super Junior.[2] Setelah para anggota memamerkan bakat mereka yang berbeda kepada perusahaan pada sebuah piknik. Kemudian perusahaan memutuskan meresmikan grup ini bernama Super Junior, generasi pertama dari Super Junior.[2]

Super Junior 05 membuat pra-debut mereka di saluran Korea M-net pada 11 September 2005. Pada acara itu, mereka melakukan berbagai gaya tarian hip hop. Mereka menampilkan tarian B2K. Han Geng, Eunhyuk, dan Donghae juga melakukan tarian dari lagu Usher, Caught Up. Namun penampilan mereka tidak disiarkan di televisi, hingga akhirnya pada 16 Mei 2006 disiarkan pada sebuah segmen di acara Super Junior Show.
